Paris Farm & Ranch has the following career opportunity available for a qualified individual seeking employment in the equipment dealer industry.

 

Title: Parts Salesman

Location: Paris Farm & Ranch – Paris, TX

Reports to: Parts Manager

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of all parts to effectively help customers identify, order, and receive necessary parts for repair of equipment offered for sale by the dealership.

• Promotes and sells products and services to meet customer needs.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as requested by management.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.

• Assist in the receiving of orders, pulling of returns, and overall assistance of an accurate and complete inventory through advisory of management.

• Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
• Follows up on shortages and issues by working directly with the Parts Manager
• Helps in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills with the ability to use basic Microsoft applications and the company’s database functions.

• Two years of Parts and Machinery knowledge
• Ability to use vendor catalogs and applications.
• Stand for a long period of time.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
