Title: Diesel Mechanic
Location: Paris Farm and Ranch - Paris, TX
Reports to: Service Manager
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for independently performing diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural, small construction and turf equipment. Employees would see a diversification of work including, but not limited to, diesel engines, hydrostat diagnostics, electrical schematics, and more.
- Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
- Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of machine information, diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on-time submittal of information.
- Required to participate in service training programs needed to develop skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Proper tools to perform job duties.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Computer skills are preferred.
- Strong customer service-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a team member.
Education/Experience:
- Strong mechanical skills; Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.

Title: Service Manager
Location: Paris Farm & Ranch
Reports to: Corporate Service Manager
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing our service department’s daily work.
Act as the primary point of contact for any customer communications and incoming service calls.
Resolve all service-related complaints promptly and effectively.
Keep customers regularly informed on the status of their equipment.
Scheduling work with our technicians at the direction of our service manager.
Accomplishing service order deadlines while managing our tech service repairs.
Responsible for billing and payments with each customer's repair work.
Responsible for open ticket reconciliation.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment for the service department.
Assist in maintaining the dealership's lot (trash, equipment, organization, etc.)
Operate a forklift to load and unload equipment as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills with the ability to use basic Microsoft applications and the company’s database functions.
Ability to motivate and oversee a service team.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and motivation skills
Basic forklift operation experience
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work as a team member.
Education/Experience:
Strong mechanical skills; Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
3 to 5 years prior service center management will be required

Title: Yard Maintenance Specialist
Location: Paris Farm and Ranch - Paris, TX
Reports to: All Management
Position Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility is to keep the grounds maintained, machinery and other equipment detailed, and assist in the maintenance and janitorial duties of the facility.
- Load and unload trucks (deliveries of new equipment and palletized items, store transfers, dealer transfers.)
- Dump scrap metal and trashcans
- Load scrap pallet dumpsters
- Keep tires aired up on equipment on the line and sales lot.
- Maintenance of oil dump stations.
- Occasional maintenance of company-owned equipment.
- Assist technicians when requested by the service department.
- General yard maintenance: Spraying weeds, mowing, weed trimming, and picking up trash.
- Washing and detailing equipment as needed at the wash bay.
- Janitorial duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic forklift operation experience
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a team member.
